Keynote Speakers
Dr Toh Han Chong
National Cancer Centre Singapore
Dr Toh Han Chong is Deputy CEO (Strategic Partnerships), National Cancer Centre Singapore and Professor at Duke NUS Medical School. Dr Toh then obtained his BSc (Intercalated) from the University of London in ‘Infection and Immunity’ and his medical degree from the University of Cambridge, UK. His oncology and translational research fellowships were at the Singapore General Hospital, Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School and at the Center for Cell and Gene Therapy, Baylor College of Medicine, Houston Texas, USA. Dr Toh is on the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) cancer immunotherapy faculty and chairs the Investigational Immunotherapy track at ESMO Annual Congress 2026. He has published over 160 journal papers.

Dr Fox has committed his life to advancing cancer research through investigating preclinical models, translating those results to first-in-human clinical trials, and training the next generation of physicians and scientists to carry the work forward.
Dr James Gulley
National Institute of Health
Dr James Gulley is an internationally recognized expert in immunotherapy for cancer. He serves within the Center for Cancer Research (CCR) of the National Cancer Institute as Co-Director of the Center for Immuno-Oncology, the Clinical Director, NCI and the Acting Co-Director of the CCR. He has been an investigator on over 200 trials and has been instrumental in the clinical development of multiple immunotherapeutic agents and has led multiple first-in-human immunotherapy studies through phase 3 clinical trials. He was the coordinating PI of an international study that led to the approval of avelumab for bladder cancer.
