Registration Fees include access to all sessions & exhibit hall.  

Cancellation requests must be sent via email to wic2025-fulfillment@icsevents.com. Please include the attendee’s name, email address, membership status and amount paid.   

 Refunds of conference registrations fees paid, less a S$15 administration fee, will be granted until 20 June 2025. No refunds are possible for cancellations received from 21 June 2025.  

Registrant substitutions of equal levels will be accepted only with written permission of the original registrant and with approval of the Registration Manager. Substitution request deadline is 20 June 2025 via email at wic2025-fulfillment@icsevents.com.  

Substitution requests must come from the original registrant and include their original registrant’s name, membership level, and amount paid.    

Confirmation of your registration is sent via email immediately upon receipt of online payment. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact wic2025-fulfillment@icsevents.com.
